All interested and responsible parties which offer an equal unit are invited to submit a proposal. The estimated quantity is 4,722 units with delivery of up to 40 units per day to either the Continental United States and/or Overseas locations. The resulting contract will be a requirements contract to include a lease or purchase option. The period of the contract is a base year and up to four option years. All requests for solicitations shall be in writing. Solicitations will be issued on or about 16 April 1996 with a closing date approximately 30 days after the issue date.
