This requirement is a total small business set aside under SIC code 3993/500 for a total quantity of 5 each electronic display board systems with commercial manuals and commercial warranties. A quantity of 3 each electronic display board systems shall consist of six columns, shall have three rows that display the time and shall not exceed 60'' high x 120'' wide x 7'' deep. A quantity of 2 each electronic display board systems shall consist of two columns, shall have one row that display the time and shall not exceed 60'' high x 40'' wide x 7'' deep. All five of the electronic display board systems shall operate from 115 vac, 60 HZ, and not require more than 3 amps; each column on the display systems shall consist of 20 programmable display rows with a user area that will accept one inch high labeling strips, each row shall have at least 24 characters and the individual characters shall be readable from 5 to 25 feet. characters shall be capable of upper and lower case and the display systems shall have a non-glare coating or filter. The display systems shall be programmable from a Government Furnished IBM compatible PC operating Microsoft Windows 3.1. The vendor shall provide the software and any hardware and cabling required to connect the computer to the display systems. The system computer shall be capable of utilizing a dial-up modem circiut to all remote configuration of any remote computer and system. Each of the time rows for the display systems shall be independently set from the computer. Each time display shall show hours and minutes. The time shall automatically update without requiring the computer. The delivery schedule shall be 90 days after date of award document (ADAD). Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination Washington, D.C.
