TWO OF TWO: Firm is required to provide specifications in the
SPECSINTACT SGML format and provide final drawings incomputer-aided
drafting files compatible with AUTOCAD Release 12 or 13. FIRMS ARE NOT
REQUIRED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ALL AFOREMENTIONED TYPES OF PROJECTS,
HOWEVER THE FIRM MUST HAVE EXPERTISE AS A MI-d-NIMUM IN THE AREAS OF 1)
HAZARDOUS MATERIAL/WASTE STORAGE AND STAGING FACILITIES: 2) CONTAINMENT
OF LIQUID PETOLEUM PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS AND STORAGE TANKS (EG.
UNDERGROUND AND ABOVE GROUND STORAGE TANKS; 3) OIL/WATER SEPARATORS AND
GREASE INTERCEPTORS AND RELATED STORM WATER SYSTEMS All interested
firms shouls submit a Standard Form 254 and 255 to OICC Navy Public
Works Center, 2730 McKean Street, uite 1 Naval Station, San Diego, CA
92136-5294 by 4:00 pm (PST) on 06 May 1996. If delivered by courier
service, hand-delivered, etc, Standard Form 254 and 255 should be
delivered to the Navy Public Works Center, Code 211, 32nd Street, Naval
Station, Building 121 (1ST Floor), San Diego, CA 92136-5294. Submittals
which are received after the cutoff will not be accepted and
considered. The sources sought identification number SSENVDSG-96-1 and
N63387-96-D-3818 must be cited in Block 2b of the 255. The Standard
Industrial Classification (SIC) code 8711 applies. THIS IS NOT A SMALL
BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ANNOUNCEMENT. In response to several queries as to
the requirements for a small business, in order for a concern to be
considered small, the maximum average annual receipts for the past
three years may not have exceeded $2.5 million (See Far Part 19.102 for
further information). If the firm is considered a large business, a
subcontracting plan for small business and small disadvantaged business
concerns must be submitted with their fee proposal if selected. This is
