D -- TECHNICAL ADP AND RELATED SUPPORT FOR THE RESIDUAL ANALYSIS SYS TEM (RAS) SOL DCA100-96-R-0030 DUE 052296 POC Contact: Contracting Officer, Susan Moses, 703-607-6898. This requirement is to provide technical ADP and related support to the Joint Interoperability and Engineering Organization (JIEO), Center for Operations Support (JEF), Nuclear Command and Control Department (JEKN), of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in support of the Residual Analysis System. The contractor shall furnish JEKN the technical support to the conventional portion of the Nuclear Planning and Execution System (NPES) during the transition period and assumption of NPES responsibilty by the U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). Responsibilities include software engineering associated with programming, analysis, design, and other technical support required to assist the JISC in its assigned NMCS support role. This is a sole source acquisition to extend performance on contract DCA100-91-C-0095 for an additional three months (estimated 12 technical staff months). The applicable SIC is 7379. The RFP will be issued on or about 22 April with a closing date of 30 days after issuance. Requests for the solicitation must be submitted in writing. See Note 22. (0089)
