The Virgin Islands National Guard intends an acquisition under Other Than Full and Open Competition, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, GTE Government System Corporation, for the upgrade of two GTE tactical communication switchboards (SB-3614A) from analog configuration to digital configuration (SB-3614/AD).
