The required services includes necessary services for the care and handling of deceased personnel. It encompasses professional services and requirements, caskets, shipping containers, transportation and hygienic practices. Services shall be provided by a full service facility with a chapel. All services shall be in compliance with OSHA, The North Carolina State Mortuary Board, and The North Carolina Funeral Directors Assn. The contractor's establishment shall be located within fifty (50) road miles from his loading dock to the loading dock, Naval Hospital, Cherry Point, NC.
