Employee Counseling Services - Services for approximately 4,400 Bureau employees in various locations throughout the United States. Contractor must have the capability to provide full range of counseling assistance to employees who may be experiencing performance or conduct difficulties because of an array of problems. These services shall be extended to members of employee's families when necessary. Counselors must be state-certified and prepared to provide prompt services, usually within 48 hours on an appointment basis as-well-as emergency services as appropriate. The program must comply with all Federal confidentiality requirements. Counseling services vendors responding to this solicitation must have a broad range of experience dealing with federal sector. Period of performance will be from October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997, with four one-year option periods subject to the availability of funds.
