T -- PRINTING AND PHOTOCOPYING SERVICES POTENTIAL DUE 041296 POC Vernice Green, Contracting Officer, (312)353-5509 The purpose of this anouncement is to solicit expression of interest from companies with the capability and capacity to perform a full range of printing and photocopying services. Services to be performed include printing in Black or colored inks on a variety of paperstocks, bindery and finishing service, overprinting, imprinting, crash printing, composition, type-setting, collating, stapling, drilling, cutting, padding, addressing, inserting, mailing, and other printing and binding services. Copy pickup and delivery shall be provided and firm must be able to provide quick turn-around time from one to five working days depending on the size and type of copying job. Services are to be performed for GSA offices located in the Chicago loop area at the followinglocations: Metcalfe Federal building, 77 W. Jackson; and kluczynski federalbuilding, 230 S. Dearborn. Company will also be required to provide and maintain approximately 35 copiers for GSA offices located in Chicago and surrounding areas, and to provide a full range of photocopy paper and supplies such as toner/dry ink, developer, fuser oil/lubricant, staples, etc., forcopiers. Copiers and supplies are available on GSA contracts and GSA anticipates granting Company authority to acquire these items from a Government supply source. Based on actual usage for the period of October 1995 to February 1996, estimated number of copies averaged approximately 312,000 per month.
