Hultgren, (612)255-6308 The VA Medical Center, St. Cloud, Minnesota intends to negotiate a sole source contract with SMART Corporation for their Medical Record Copying Program. SMART will photocopy billable requests which include but are not limited to disability, attorney and insurance company requests, for information from VA patient records. It is the intention of this contract to have the contractor, SMART Corporation to provide photocopying equipment on site at the VAMC, St. Cloud. The contractor will copy the records requested at no charge to the VA and will invoice the requestor for the copying services. Vendors who believe they have the capacity/capability to provide this service shall submit documentation to the Contracting Officer with 15 working days after this notice is published. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Information received will be analyzed and a solicitation issued to vendors that are determined by the Contracting Officer to have the potential for successfully performing the requirements (0089)
