SOL DAAD05-96-B-0013 DUE 052096 POC Contract Specialist Helen Crawford (410) 278-7401/0856 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground Garrison has a requirement for Adult Continuing Education Services for military and eligible civilian personnel who require writing skills, and/or language instruction. Learning support services in the Army Learning Centers include the computer, Military Occupational Speciality Library, and programs in support of Functional Academic Skills Training. This requirement includes course instruction, individual or group tutorials, individualized learning programs, and student support services. Course content is determined by guidance found in AR 621-5. Class size of will be a maximum of 22 students. Institutions proving service shall be accredited by one of the following: (1) Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, (2) New England Association of Schools and Colleges - Commission on Institutions of Higher Education, (3) New England Association of Schools and Colleges - Commision on Vocational, Technical, and Career Institutions, (4) North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, (5) Northwest Association of Colleges and Schools, (6) Southern Association of Colleges and Schools - Commission on Colleges, (7) Southern Association of Colleges and Schools - Commission on Occupational Education Institutions, (8) Western Association of Schools and Colleges - Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities, (9) Western Association of Schools and Colleges - Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, (10) Association of Independent Colleges and Schools, (11) National Association of Trade and Technical Schools, (12) National Home Study Council, and (13) American Association of Bible Colleges.
