This is a solicitation notice. The Indiana National Guard desires a firm, fixed price contract to construct a Base Civil Engineering Maintenance Complex at Hulman Regional Airport, Terre Haute, IN. The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and plant necessary to construct approximately 21,700 sf administrative, work shop, and material storage facility, and approximately 2000 sf vehicle parking shed to house the Base Civil Engineering Maintenance function. Facilities shall be reinforced concrete, masonry, and steel frame buildings. Primary facility shall be partial two story with a passenger elevator and standing seam metal roof. Project site and utility work includes the demolition of 3 reinforced concrete, steel, and wood framed buildings for a total of approximately 36,300 sf. This is an unrestricted procurement. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The SIC is 1541 with a size standard of $17M. A subcontracting plan will be required if the successful bidder is a large business. Women-owned, small and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to reply.
