Remove and replace approximately 310,000 lineal feet of portland cement concrete (P.C.C.) joint seal material in taxiway D, E & F; remove and replace damaged slabs as required; replace damage spall areas and repair existing damaged spalls; and restripe taxiway surfaces. Project construction schedule is contingent upon minimizing impact on scheduled Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) courses; probable demobilization and mobilization of the contractor in order to secure sufficient aircraft parking for deploying units required. Project is to be constructed under multiple phases to maintain adequate access to runways for both military and civilian aircraft traffic. Completion time is 380 days after award. Work is subject to the DBA labor wages. This solicitation is nonrestricted. Estimated cost range between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Standard Industrial Code is 1611. Small business Size Standard is $17 million.
