The Standard Industrial Code (SIC), for this project is 1542-General Contractors, Non-Residential Buildings, Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The size standard is $17.0 Million. The work includes construction of minor masonry structures for ammunition breakdown, pre-engineered rigid frame metal buildings for use as bleacher covers, portable bleachers and incidental related work. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is 19 April 1996. The projected bid opening date is 20 May 1996. Contractors within the local area are encouraged to pick up a copy of the plans and specs at the office of the Officer in Charge of Construction, Building 2004, Room 253, Quantico, Virginia.
