Project is to be constructed under multiple phases to maintain adequate access to runways for both military and civilian aircraft traffic. Completion time is 120 days after award. Work is subject to the DBA labor wages. This solicitation is nonrestricted. Estimated cost range between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Standard Industrial Code is 1611.
