Sugino, (312) 669-5942 Contract period will be twenty-four (24) months. Work will be done on work orders issued for various amounts and types of work. Offer will be a multiplier of the unit prices. Multiplier must contain offeror's overhead, profit and all other costs of doing business. Contract will be for general construction work on various postal facilities at predetermined unit prices. Specific work orders will be issued for not less than $500 nor more than $250,000 each during this contract. Total quantity of work under this contract will not be less than $10,000 nor more than $300,000. The initial contract amount may be increased, if required, in increments of $100,000 to $300,000 up to a total of $1,000,000 over the twenty-four (24) month period commencing with the date of contract award. One or more contracts may be awarded at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Technical criteria in addition to price have been specified. Specification will be available on or about April 3, 1996. Specification will be provided for a non- refundable cost of $30.00 per set.
