SOL DAAD05-96-B-0011 DUE 073096 POC Contract Specialist Janice Kaiser (410) 278-2407 (Site Code DAAD05) Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment and perform all work necessary to renovate Building 2752 for Family Support Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. 21005-5001. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal of existing and installation of concrete sidewalks, ramps and pads, Removal of existing walls, stairs and finishes, kitchen cabinets. Remove existing roof and install asphalt shingle roof. Install new concrete foundations, posts and corridor bearing walls. Install HVAC systems. Removal of existing light fixtures, power circuits, install fluorescent fixtures, fire alarm system. Remove and dispose of asbestos-containing and lead-containing materials. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contractor must qualify for security badges. Completion schedule is within 240 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
