The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor to accomplish the rehabilitation of the sewer Plant at the California National Guard facility located at Camp Roberts, (Monterey County) California. Work includes but is not limited to, wall repairs at grit chamber, new flow meter device, replace skimming valve, rehab clarifier system, rehab trickling filter system, replace existing pumps, upgrade chlorinators, video inspection of underground pipelines, repair roof leaks no digestor building, install backup power connection. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contract performance period is 180 calendar days. This solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about 19 April 1996; Bid opening on or about 20 May 1996. The solicitation is unrestricted.
