Provide all construction services necessary to complete project 505-95-104, the installation of hot water heaters at VA Puget Sound Health Care System, American Lake Division. The project will include all work necessary to replace the existing domestic hot water heating systems in buildings 2,3,4,5,6,7,61,81,&85 with new instantaneous feed forward water heaters. The contractor will also be responsible for providing complete equipment and piping layout drawings for VA approval prior to any installation. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. A bre-bid conference will be held on April 23, 1996 at 10AM local time at the site. All resposible sources may submit as offer which will be considered.
