Work is for the urgent maintenance and repair of the sewer system located at the Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC), Port Hueneme CA as part of a separate Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City to transfer ownership and operation of the NCBC sewer system to the City of Port Hueneme.
