Phase I will consist of grading, drainage and graveling and Phase II will consist of the completion of graveling, paving, and other incidental related work which will be funded in FY 1997 based on the availability of funds. The estimated start work date is the late August, early September 1996 timeframe, with a performance period of 90 calendar days. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This is a Buy Indian Set-Aside. To qualify for bidding on this project, contractors must be Native American and a member of a Federally Recognized Tribe, must own at least 51% of the company, and must participate in the day to day management of the company.
