Boger (717) 861-8687 (Site Code DAHA36) Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision to install a complete, clean, safe and sound Communication Conduit System for the Pennsylvania Air National Guard Base at the Willow Grove Air Reserve Station, Willow Grove, PA. The projects includes but is not limited to: manholes, conduits between manholes and buildings, concrete encasement of conduits, installation of Government Furnished, Communications Fiberglass equipment shelter, install pull wires in duct banks, excavation and backfill of manholes and conduits, tamp and hand rake all excavations, hydroseed all excavated areas and provide barricades, signs, tape, markers, lights or any other safety measures as required. Contractor shall acquire all required permits. The performance has been estimated at 120 calendars days with an estimated construction range between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation, an Invitation for Bid, will be available no less then fifteen calendar days after publication of this notice. The Bid Opening Date will be no less then thirty calendar days after availability of the solicitation. The solicitation is unrestricted. A limited number of solicitation packages are available with only one set of drawings and specification provided for general contractors only. Specifications and drawings will be available for inspection at the United States Property and Fiscal Office, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA or Dodge Reports, Harrisburg, PA, or the Philadelphia Construction news, Lawenceville, NJ. All requests for the solicitation package MUST be in writing and include the firm's Federal Tax Identification Number and their corporate status as defined as one of the following; a) sole proprietorship, b) partnership, c) other corporate entity. Each firm must state whether they are a large or small business. Any firm not providing the requested information will not be considered. Due to the limited number of solicitation packages available, distribution will be on a first come first served basis. Those firms requesting after the supply has been exhausted will be provided a copy of the bidders mailing list only.
