Acquisition includes an option for 5 more. Delivery to Tobyhanna, PA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Soure contract with Loral Rolm MIL-SPEC Corp., 3151 Zanker Road, San Jose, CA 95134-1928, based on justification for other than full and open competition, Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source, FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). Loral Rolm is the original manufacturer of the item. The Government does not possess technical data (drawings or specifications). However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation DAAB07-96-R-E014 will be released under the CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB).
