The proposed effort is for development and evolution of the processes required for production manufacture of Ka band amplifier devices characteristic of those required for the redesigned Longbow FCR transmitter. This project will mature the processes that have been demonstrated in laboratory environments and create the necessary robustness for high yield device manufacturing.
