The U.S. Army Information Systems Command Contracting Office intends to release solicitation DAEA32-96-R-0007 in support of the operation and maintainance of Administrative Telephone System at Fort McCoy, WI, Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, and Fort Pickett, VA. The period of performance (POP) for Fort McCoy is for a 12 month base period and four 12 month option periods. The POP for Fort pickett, VA is 12 months with one 12 month option period. The POP for Fort Indiantown Gap, PA is a 12 month base and two 12 month option periods. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The SIC code is 7378. The size standard is $18 million. The solicitation/RFP will be issued on/or about 9 April 1996. The RFP will be a PAPERLESS document released via the ISC Contracting Office's Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB), NO HARDCOPY WILL BE MAILED. A computer with a minimum 8 MB RAM and a modem with 28,800 baud is needed to download documents from the EBB. The RFP has been prepared using Microsoft Word Version 6.0 and Microsoft Excel Version 5.0. These programs are recommended for ease of retrieval and reading purposes.
