The U.S. Department of HUD is soliciting the services of a contractor to custom design a database system for management planning and accounting purposes for the Boston Housing Authority (BHA). This database must allow site managers the ability to accurately document and track the steps necessary to operate a Public Housing development. The product will have to accept data entry by simultaneous, multiple users employing PCs over a frame relay network. The package must be written using an ''industry standard'' database. Offers are being solicited on an unrestricted basis. All responsible offers will be considered. Offerors will be required to submit a proposal which includes information about their experience, past performance, and technical/management capability. The proposal must demonstrate the offeror's experience in developing database systems as described above, and provide references.
