The Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, is seeking information on commercial, off-the-shelf hardware/software products that record the delivery and tracking of mail, packages, supplies, and the inventory of furniture and equipment. The EOP has a requirement for a system that will improve delivery efficiency and record-keeping processes and that will also provide a management reporting capability. The product must be a stand-alone, complete system, allowing for connectivity to multiple, remote locations. Vendors responding to this notice should provide the following information: (1) descriptive literature/catalogs on the product(s).
