This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This SOLICITATION NUMBER N00600-96-R-1916 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR #33. (iv) This solicitation is unrestricted. SIC is 7629. (v) A list of CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER(S) and items are as follows: CLIN 0001 Maintenance of Nuclear Gamma Camera IAW Section C - Description of Services. (vi) DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Detachment Washington intends to procure maintenance services for a Nuclear Gamma Camera, Model 1047 DSX, 460 GXA, 459 GX for the Naval School of Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD. The requirement includes all parts, shipping expenses, labor costs, unlimited service calls, minimum two (2) preventive maintenance visits and performance of mandatory quality assurance calibrations, and protection against accidental crystal breakage or damage. (vii) DELIVERY of services will be required from date of award through 12 months following at the Naval School of Health Sciences, 8901 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda, MD, Bldg. 141, Room B-16A. (viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. (xi) FAR 52.212-4, ''Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items'' is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price.
