Contractor to provide all labor and materials to drydock and repair the CGC BLUEBELL homeported Portland, OR. All work will be performed at the contractor's facility. This cutter is geographically restricted to the Columbia River area. Major work items include and not limited to temporary services, underwater body preservation, underwater inspection, zinc anode renewal, hydraulic steering system cleaning, overhaul and testing, buoy deck/port preservation, forward hold padeye installation, a/c circulating water pump replacement, acoustic transmission loss insulation installation, and etc. Period of performance commences 08 August 1996 through 09 September 1996.
