Services shall be aboard ship and at land based sites in support of requiring technical activity-Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Pt. Hueneme, CA 93043. These services shall be procured from Raytheon Company, Wayland MA, the design agent on a sole source basis due to their unique knowledge and capabilities in equipment design and design modification.
