In anticipation of a potential competitive procurement of a spare SEAWOLF Class Fixed Propulsor Assembly, the Naval Sea Systems Command will make drawing packages available to qualified offerors possessing the requisite CONFIDENTIAL security clearance. Drawing packages will not be provided to individuals or firms not considered to have the required engineering and manufacturing capability as either a prime contractor or major subcontractor. Drawings to be provided will differ in some details from final drawing package.
