The U.S. Department of HUD is soliciting the services of a contractor to assess the current training/development needs of the Boston Housing Authority (BHA) operations staff and to develop a comprehensive staff training and development program for the BHA. The contractor will be required to develop a long term staff recruitment and development program for the BHA. RFP H03R96009900000 will be issued o/a 4-26-96.
