The training program shall include workshop activities that create opportunities for participants to practice interacting and applying the priciples outlined in the program. The program shall be designed for delivery by Agency personnel using a train-the-facilitator concept. The videotape program shall be supported by a facilitator guide and a participant guide to be developed by the contractor. The estimated delivery date for the training material is June 15, 1996.
