Annual requirements contract for transportation of Government owned fuel. Services to include all labor, equipment, and vehicles/tankers for transporting and handling of Naval Distillate Fuel Oil (F76) to various Department of Defense activities in Guam. Estimate quantities to be transported are 320,000 gallons to Andersen Air Force Base; 390,000 gallons to U S Navy Public Works Center; 190,000 gallons to the U S Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station; 75,000 gallons to U S Naval Hospital; and 80,000 gallons to U S Naval Station piers and wharves. An additional estimated 10,000 gallons of fuel per activity will be included for emergency service. Period of Performance is 20 June 1996 through 19 June 1997. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Note 9 applies. Delivery schedule is within 24 hours after each delivery order award. FOB destination Guam.
