PRESOLICITATION NOTICE-- Sources sought to provide design and construction for 67 new family housing units at Naval Air Station Fallon, complete and ready for use. The work includes construction of buildings that shall be single story duplexes made up of 21 two-bedroom, 31 three-bedroom and 15 four-bedroom units. There will be an option to the contract to design and construct an additional 13 two bedroom units for a total of 80 units, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The contract is to be awarded to the responsible offeror who submits the proposal considered most advantageous to the Government considering ''Price'' and ''Technical'' evaluation factors. The following evaluation criteria has been established: Factor 1 (Price) and Factor 2 (Technical) which are weighted approximately equal.
