Project No. VPR 92001; Estimated Cost: $15,000,000.00 to $20,000,000.00. The subject procurement is open to both small and large business concerns. The subject procurement will be solicited in Two Parts. Part One will require offerors to submit data reqarding technical qualifications. All offerors meeting the technical qualifications in Part One will be allowed to go forward into Part Two and submit price proposals. A non-refundable charge of $200.00 will be required in order for offerors to obtain technical documents which will consist of but not limited to a partial (approximately 20) set of drawings, scope of description. No charge will be requested in part Two. Only certified checks and money orders will be accepted. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, April 25, 1996, 10:00 A.M. at the Federico Degetau Federal Building, 150 Carlos Chardon Avenue, Room G-30; Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. This procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The minimum acceptable subcontracting target goals for this project will be determined by each individual Contractor. These goals will be reviewed and approved by Small Business Administration (SBA) prior to award of the contract. Technical solicitation documents will be available on April 12, 1996. (0092)
