Work consists of removal of existing bathroom cabinets, countertops, lavatories, water closets, bathtubs, fixtures, ceramic tile wainscot, floor covering, medicine cabinets and light fixtures. Contractor shall also replace with new wooden cabinets, cultured marble top vanities, water closets, bathtub with enclosure (sliding door type), medicine cabinets, sheet vinyl floor covering, fluorescent light fixtures and G.F.C.I. outlets. This will be a firm-fixed-price construction contract with an anticipated dollar range of $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. There are 250 dwelling units. The estimated performance period is 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Performance and payment bonds will be required for this project.
