On or about Tuesday, April 2, 1996, the United States Postal Service, Windsor Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT will issue a solicitation for a heating system upgrade (including boiler, controls, and piping) at the Main Post Office, 16 - 18 Coventry Street, Newport, VT. Sealed offers are due on or before Tuesday, April 23, 1996 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. Ten (10) years (minimum) verifiable prior experience with repair and alteration projects of the size and scope is required. Work shall be started within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and completed within ninety (90) calendar days.
