The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) requires a die-cutter that may be retrofitted on an exiting off-line perforator. A determination has been made that this item is commercially available. The die-cutter will be used to die-cut printed pressure sensitive linear type stamp material. It shall be capable of kiss cutting two (2) different repeat lengths and provide for removal of any matrix from the pressure-sensitive material during continuous running.
