59 -- ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT CARDS Sol BC-017, POC Barry Nielsen, /BC/ 801-777-9993. Additional potential sources of supply are being sought for two electronic circuit cards used on the F-16 AN/APG-68 and AN/APG-66 Radar systems. The NSNs are: 5998-01-265-2233WF and 5895-01-083-3629WF, P/Ns 766R240G01 and 646R846G02. These two items have been selected to participate in a pilot project. The main goal is to use some of the recent acquisition reform initiatives. We are seeking potential sources who are willing to manufacture these items exercising the freedom to use current technology in lieu of building per print. It will be necessary of course to maintain the function, fit, electrical and physical interfaces and conform to the environmental requirements. A different looking circuit card will be acceptable as long as it works. Westinghouse Electric Corp. (CAGE 18323) is currently the only known source of supply for these items. Potential sources must be approved by the system engineer, prior to be given consideration for contract award. Qualification Requirements are available and will be provided to interested companies. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), we are only seeking companies who have the necessary capabilities and are interested in becoming additional approved potential source of supply.
