This van shall be a new diesel-fueled, two wheel driven, Heavy Duty Regular 12 Passenger Ford E-350 Club Wagon or Chevy Van or equal and modified with all necessary cabinets, cables, electronic components and engine to be compatible with existing Deflection Test System SN 026.
