Provide all labor, management, equipment and supervision to upgrade the HVAC unit at the IRS, 11501 Roosevelt Building, Philadelphia, PA. The work will include, but is not limited to: removal of existing gas burners, removal of several compressors, removal of several evaporated fans, add electric duet heaters, several compressors and several evaporated fans.
