The specific tasks and services performed require competencies in SCADA Computer System Support, IRM and OSS Computer System support, engineering and office services, and property management services to include warehousing and vehicle maintenance. The period of performance will be for a base year, with four one-year option periods. The estimated direct productive labor hours required for the performance of the contract requirements are 105,280 for the base year, 101,520 for the first option year, and 88,360 for the second through fourth option years.
