This contract will be issued to Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Tactical Business Unit, Allegany Ballistics Laboratory, P.O. Box 210, Rocket Center, West Virginia 26726-4730. Alliant is the sole source for the design, development, manufacture, assembly, installation, and testing of the gas generators. Qualifications are unique to Alliant for the proposed effort.
