VA INDUSTRY DAY 1996 On April 17, 1996, AFCEA International and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will present VA Industry Day 1996, the next in a series of conferences dedicated to the information technology requirements of Federal Government agencies. The VA will spend over $4 billion for information technology in the next five years. VA Industry Day 1996 will provide substantive information and insight into future VA programs, enabling industry to make informed decisions about pending contracts, and to prepare more qualified and cost-competitive proposals.
