The contractor shall be capable of accepting title of all materials. This work shall be accomplished by means of an Indefinite Quantity contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is for a base period of one year and anticipated option to extend for an additional period of one to twelve months with a total duration not to exceed 60 months. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Estimated bid opening date is 16 May 1996. The government may extend the term of this contract for a term of one (1) to twelve (12) months. Plans and specifications will be ready on or about 15 April 1996. (092)
