The Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office (RL) is soliciting proposals from interested firms to provide travel management services. Services will include, but not limit to, making reservations and issuing and delivering tickets for all commercial modes of transportation, issuing boarding passes, making lodging reservations and car rental reservations, RL currently has an estimated annual volume of $850,000 in airline costs. The period of performance is one year with four one-year options beginning July 1, 1996. RL anticipates a no-cost requirements type of contract. To facilitate timely communication, the contractor will be required to have an established office within the Tri-Cities (i.e. Richland, Kennewick, Pasco) Washington. A pre-proposal conference is not presently planned. We anticipate that the RFP will be issued in April 1996.
