PY93/94 New Male Dormitory at the Potomac Job Corps Center in Washington, D.C.. The work to be performed under this project involves general construction of a 2-story dormitory building containing approximately 25,300 gross square feet and associated demolition, site, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and security work. The work includes concrete foundation and slab, steel framing, wood roof trusses, shingle roofing, aluminum windows and storefront, masonry wall, interior finishes, hydraulic elevator, and mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and electrical systems. Provide add alternate for paved access road. The estimated construction cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The estimated completion time is 336 calendar days. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A pre-bid walk-thru is scheduled April 30, 1996, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
