The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville Ranger District, Apache County, Arizona requires the following near the Big Lake RR Cove Area: The construction of one 2-hole sweet-smelling toilet; a two-lane road with gravel surfacing (approximately 1350 LF); a parking area with gravel surfacing (approximately 160' x 200'); a 35' wide by 42' long concrete boat ramp; a concrete dock abutment; a concrete sidewalk trail (approximately 200 LF); removal of an existing vault toilet and wood fence; a placement of .75 CY size boulders to serve as barriers.
