Work includes, but not limited to, providing all labor, equipment facilities, and performing all operations necessary to demolish the existing building services fed from building 213 to buildings 209 and 208, and install new, primary conductor, 4-way air interrupter switch, pad mount transformer, secondary conductor service and MDP to both buildings 209 & 208. At building 209 provide conductor extensions between new MDP and existing panels; new conductor to new panel Ap, chiller, exhaust fans, pumps and pump room. Construct a new pump room w/concrete floor, metal stud walls, doors, frames, lighting and wiring in crawl space. Install landscaping. Provide new chilled water system including chiller w/pad, circulating pumps, control valves, controls piping, expansion tank, chemical feeder and dehumidifier. Provide attic ventilation fans & sheet metal. Remove and replace all existing hot water pipe hangars with new hangars and insulation. At building 208 provide new conductor from new MDP to existing MDP and panel A. Perform all work under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents. Solicitation package will be available o/a 14 May 1996. The performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. The estimated cost ranges between $100,000 and $250,000. (092)
