The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to successfully complete the renovation of bathrooms, installation of new storm doors, replacement of all interior electrical fixtures, new washer and dryer service box and drain, and installation of GFI as shown on drawings. Inspect all exterior water shut-off valves and submit a list to the Contracting Officer at the beginning of the project. Consider the possibility of resoldering approximately 15% of existing water supply joints and demolishing and replacing approximately 30% of existing toilet flanges. There is asbestos containing materials on this project. Asbestos abatement will be required during the execution of the project. The total performance period for this project will be determined prior to issuance of the Invitation for Bid. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
